So the gas line to campus is still busted which means no hot water to shower. Fun…….

Well, I just got in and I am wiped out. Why am I wiped out? Well, if the title doesn’t give you a hint, I just got back from a complete 14+ hour day at Walt Disney World! My friend Andrew and myself drove up this morning to meet some of his friends Norm and JK who are cast members. The day started off with a nice fun energy filling breakfast at the Whispering Canyon Café at the Wilderness Lodge and then with was off to Magic Kingdom, MGM and EPCOT. Did most of the rides at MK and then the biggies at MGM including the new sets from haunted Mansion. The rest of the day was spent at EPCOT where we enjoyed a few rounds of Mission SPACE and ran in to JK again since he had left us earlier to get to work. One of the best days I have had this semester and a few new people to get to know through Andrew. Look forward to the Christmas Season when we head up next. I also for sure want to do the WDW College Program next fall so I too can join the magic. Thanks again guys. Till then, it’s off to bed.

Yay. I finished my weeks worth of work today. Comprehensive Exams were done yesterday afternoon. I think I did fairly well on them and will find out soon enough I guess. Today I had Quest For Meaning and then worked on finalizing my debate for tonight. This past week my life had been consumed with studying for comps but with them over, I should have some time to relax this weekend and get some papers started that are due in December. I think either on saturday or Sunday I will be heading up to Disney World for some fun and magical times. Parents are coming in next weekend so the time of the year is being marked with a little over a month left of classes and then the end of the semester. Well, that’s all for now.

Well folks. I have the last part of my comprehensive exam today at 15:00. Almost done! in other news, the iTunes Music Store, which I use to get my music, was awarded Time Invention of the Year. If you haven’t tried it yet, go to Apple and download iTunes for wither your Mac or PC and give it a shot.

Comprehensive exam for Environmental Studies is tomorrow! Yikes senior year already? Well, back to studying.

Well, last night we hosted the cast party for Godspell and with them being loud out in the living room, I didn’t get much sleep. On break from Lifeguard Training and still working on my computer. I reformatted it last night and am almost done with it. That’s all for now.

Well, today Finding Nemo came out on DVD and I made the trek up to Tyrone Mall to pick up my copy from the Disney Store that I pre-ordered back in September. Came back home and relaxed a bit before making some pancakes for dinner and then settling in to watch October Sky and Finding Nemo. Tomorrow i have my internship and a blood drive to run at Lakewood high school followed by class and then the OC is on later. Well that’s all for now.

Well, a lot has been going on since I last posted. This weekend, I have spent most of my time teaching Lifeguard Training here at Eckerd College. I have a class of seven which is a good number to work with. Friday, Halloween, I worked all day at the yMCA before coming home to just crash after being tiered and then last night, I was up till 3 hanging out with friends enjoying the evening and watching movies.

This afternoon after the CPR portion of the Lifeguard training class, I watched the required movies for film class, Discreet Charm of the Bougeousie and Charulatta, both films being in foreign languages with subtitles. To top it off for the weekend, my friend Andrew and I went to see the new Disney movie, Brother Bear. This is a must see no matter what age you are. I would have to say that one can see a lot of themselves in the film no matter what race, age, sex, etc.Go see it if you get a chance. Well, I am off to bed for my internship in the morning.

Well, I took sometime this afternoon to set my moblog up. So what is a moblog you ask? A moblog is short for “mobile blog”. With a simple click of the camera and a MMS (multimedia message) sent to a special address, I can post to my blog from anywhere I have mobile service. Pretty cool eh? Also on the mobile front, I have added my WAP site (WAP is for mobile phone browsers) and you can access most content of this site (about me, courses, etc) from the site and even download some wallpapers for your mobile too. Well, I have just been swamped over the last week or so. I have one major midterm exam tomorrow night for Elements of Film. It’s on 12 or so films plus 4 chapters in a text book and then class notes. It’s going to be a fun one I’m sure. I’ve been studying all day today and yesterday evening after I got off of work. Yesterday I had to sit through two required trainings at work (Core Values 101 and Member Involvement) and then had to run a lifeguard challenge. Next week I wont be working at the YMCA on saturdays anymore as I am starting a lifeguard training class here at Eckerd so I will see my very little open time dwindle again for two weekends. Well, I am off to get a good night sleep for my test tomorrow and so I can get up early to get to my internship by 07:00a. Catch you around later this week.
