Ok OK. I know it’s been way to long since the last post. I have been soooooo busy with things. First off, my grandpa had surgery over the weekend at the Mayo Clinic so I have been busy with tracking all that so family comes first in my mind. Friday night my dad and I went to the Mall of America for dinner and he got me an awsome Fossil watch for my birthday. (Thanks Mum and Dad!) Later that night I went over to a friends and watched Black Hawk Down. Great movie!

Saturday turned out nice. Morning swim lessons were canceled which ment I could sleep in till noon almost beofre I hit the beach. It was a hot one yesterday too! I think at one point I counted 45 people on the beech and another 20 in the water. It was a zoo for a small beach. Came home and literally crashed after being in the sun all day. Today, Sunday, James and I went back to Mall of America where I met the A*Teens. Now dont start e-mailing me telling me the A*Teens suck. I love ABBA and the A*Teens actually have talent beyond the ABBA remakes they did. So I got to meet thema nd get my CDs and DVD signed. So I’m happy. I’m gearing up for my birthday on Tuesday. 20 years old! wow I feel old now :o)

Ok all. so I finsihed up the iMac lab at HHS. Those new machiens are dead sexy. Worked at the Y for a little tonight . Not much else new.

I’m dead tiered after a day of lifegaurding, swim lessons then open swim. Look for more of an update tommorrow

Ok so today I finally got to updating my Technology Specs to include my new phone that I added in March. See, I’ve been so busy I haven’t had time to add it till now. Today I was at Hopkins High for my usual job. Started moving imacs in to the lab that I cleared out this morning. Wow those old machines are heavy and take up a lot of space. Off to the beach for tommorow.

Well guarding to day was interesting. Got to see the Deephaven cops for a second week in a row. This time though it was for a break in to the guard box last night. seems like we are off to a great start this summer.

Ok so I know it’s been a while since I’ve added to this thing. What can I say. I’ve been swamped with work. Wednesday I was swamped with the last day of school and thurday Iw as at the beach again with some lovely weather and lots of dark clouds and rain. Yesterday was the staff breakfast at the high school. It was fun to hear all the staff reflect on the year, honor the retierees and share in one last thing as a staff before the summer.

Last night went to Mall of America for some father’s day shopping. Haven’t been ther ein a while but it was enjoyable.

Ok the beach was a blast today. For the first day back at Wekota Park I was impressed with the steady number of people. i even had two kids around 12 that want to be lifegaurds in training. It was pretty cute. Went to CompUSA tonight with Scott to look at the new Nokia 9290 Communicator. Not as impressive as it looks on the web but cool needless to say.

Ok so today has been one exciting thing after another. It all began at 8 am this morning at MME Pool for the annual staff meeting till 12 noon. Swimming, rescue skills, backboarding, escapes, diving bricks, missing simmers, and more swimming. I think this is the first year that I made it thorugh the entire meeting with out feeling sick from all the work.

After the meeting I ended up sitting at Robinson’s Bay Beach till 6. Over all it was a great day for an opening day. Only one 911 call and that was for a boat of high school students that felt it a need to buzz the beach and clip the bouy line. Well they have a nice ticket now :o)

After guarding I went off to the FIRST Robitics team party and visited with some of the students on the team I helped with back in April at EPCOT (See Blog Archives from April for more info)

Ok so I just got in after a long and tiering day at HHS. With that over it was time for the policy meeting at MCES. We have beaches opening tommorow and a staff meeting at 8 am. So catch you all tommorow.

Ok so today I actually seem to have some energy. Lifeguard Training ended last night without a hitch and I have a nice break of one day before the beaches open and all the staff meeting associated with that. Several intersting tings today. First, the more I use Mozilla, the more and more I like it. It beats Internet Explorer hands down in my mind. Second thing for day is that my wireless portion of my network at home works flawlessly. It’s brilliant to have something like that in the house to take the iBook mobile when ever I want.

Tonight I am just kicking it back and watching the MTV Movie Awards and laughing at Ozzy Osborne as he makes a fool of himself on the show.
